How do we train athletes? More weight, more reps, more speed – right?

Athletes carry as many, if not more, musculo-skeletal dysfunctions than our general clients – yet their sporting requirements place much greater demands on their bodies.

For our athletes to maximise their performance and minimise injury risk it is essential that they move well. Across all sports there are key functional movement requirements that we can assess and train for. cExa’s Athletic Development Worskshop will enable you to design functional strength and conditioning programs based on our very own 5 Key Athletic Movements (KAMs) for athletes across all sports.

 

At the workshop you will gain:

  • Detailed instruction of cExa’s 5 Key Athletic Movements
  • Extensive exercise regression/progression flowcharts
  • The science and functional anatomy to thoroughly justfiy each of the KAMs
