Corrective Exercise Australia’sCore Function – from Rehab to Performance’ workshop will equip you to practically apply exercises to improve core function in individuals requiring rehabilitation from low back pain and dysfunction of the lumbo-pelvic region.

You’ll gain the skills to progress ‘core’ training from basic floor-based exercises to working the core in upright, multidirectional movements. This will help you get your clients to full function and performance of their activities of daily living!
